Sand, Sea and Food!

Kara called me today to say that her parents were going to have a mini bbq by the beach, and asked if we could join them. We are always game for food so off we trooped to East Coast in the evening.

All in all, we had a great time outdoors but poor Mummy left with a bad case of food poisoning. She was the only one out of the 9 of us to be stricken by some bit of uncooked food.
What luck!

The bout of food poisoning was so bad that it caused her to miss her race on Sunday.
