Daddy's leaving...on a jet plane

We all trooped to the airport today to send Daddy off on his biz trip. Of cos, with the Leong family, dinner had to be settled 1st and formost to assuage rumbling tummys and banish cranky behavior. This is especially so with Daddy and Baby Leong.

Ok we're all here...where's my grub??

Gimme some of that NOW!! *slurp slurp*

All too soon, it was time for Daddy to check in and enter the departure gate.

Oh! There's goes our final call!

Which one's my flight again??

Shucks! I cant remember!!

Goodbye everyone! Im going along with Daddy! *muakz**flying kiss*

Daddy? Huh Daddy? Wat d'ya mean im not going??

I didnt bat an eyelid or shed a single tear when Daddy disappeared into the Departure Lounge, there were just too many things to see and do!

Gong Gong and me with a new friend ;)

Sharing the goodies from my aunt with another new friend

And then it was time for a little snack again - Macs! My favourite! Cos i always get free balloons and junk food here.

Mummy went to the toilet so Gong Gong and Por Por took the chance to indulge me as usual...heehee...

Gong Gong showing me how to stick stickers in my new sticker book!

Hee Hee Har Har! I luuurrrve it!

Mummy's birthday

Daddy brought the 2 of us to sentosa today to celebrate Mummy's birthday. We set off in the afternoon and i didnt get to catch much sleep. When i awoke my gluttony parents were having an exorbitantly expensive tea break in an oh-so-touristy restaurant, complete with the requisite souvenir shop, through which you had to pass on your way to the loos.

Yeah that's the way, serve me Daddy!!

Back off! Im not surrendering my green tea!

Since it's technically my 1st visit to Sentosa, can i have this lion pls??

Next stop we headed off to the Sky Tower, which was essentially another oh-so-touristy gimmick on the island. Not to mention that it was ridiculously pricey as well...Daddy didnt bat an eyelid though cos after all today was Mummy's birthday...

My daredevil streak kicked in by the sight of the "saucer" descending from the sky and couldnt decipher why in the world Mummy was holding me back from scrambling into it. Is it really necessary for the people to get out first? Im sure i can squeeze in between their legs and get in unnoticed!!

As the "saucer" climbed steadily up into the sky, i was fascinated by the (grudgingly) beautiful views of our city, especially when seen through the rose tinted rays of the setting sun.

Dont bother to get me to look at the camera...im too busy soaking in the scenery!

Stop goofing ard will ya? Im making good our money spent on this ride!!

Our last stop was the Underwater World where i totally enjoyed myself again. I had never seen so many different kinds of underwater creatures before!

Mummy and I looking at some weird looking crabs...

Looks quite unappetising as chilli crabs...

Arrrgh! Alien crab creeping up on us!

Mummy's favourite pic of the day

Me lost in a world of jelly fishes...

Waaaaah!! Dont we look absolutely touristy??

Hey! Don't forget my souvenir!!

The day was rounded off by a yummy seafood dinner at East Coast. Yummy for me too, cos i got to eat fried rice! Dont tell mummy, but i really hate her cooking...hehe...

ooh..the ice is cooold...ive got brain freeze!!

I love you Mummy! Now can i have my fried rice??

...bursting out of clothes that are brand new!!

Oh no! What have i done to myself? *wrings hands*

Happy Birthday Singapore...and Mummy?!

My little friends and their families were supposed to come to my house today so i had to be well rested for their arrival! What better way than to have an afternoon siesta with my friend yixuan?

ZZZZZZZ...dont wake us till the rest are here okie?

Everyone adjourned to the games room and a picnic table was set up outside for the grown ups' food. Us babes as usual, were overjoyed to see each other and we quickly proceeded to explore all the nooks and crannies of the room together.

That's us checking the weight limit of the pool table...

Hey where did everybody go??

Avril and I playing pool together, she's a real pro...can even talk on the handphone while playing with me!!

Wah nice move Avril!

Ive got a few cool tricks up my sleeve too! Heehee...

The big people took turns to baby sit us and of cos, our Mummys had first pickings of the yummy food!

And the Daddies "gallantly" finished off whatever that was left!

Our Daddies having loads of fun relieving their youth...while poor Uncle Richard had to babysit 2 babies at a time!

Kara are u sure u want to eat my food?

See my mummy is so happy someone appreciates her cooking...

The wonderful day was rounded off when a surprise party was thrown for Mummy, who will be celebrating her bday in a week's time. Mummy was so touched when the cake was brought out for her!

As for me...im mesmerised by the flickering candles!

Here's everyone at the party! Mummy. Daddy and i love all of u!

And as usual, Kara's Daddy and my Daddy scavenging the leftovers...im doomed to a lifetime of gluttony...haiz...

Bored Singaporeans...

Knowing that i love watching the fireworks and being typical bored singaporeans with no where interesting to go; Mummy arranged to meet Gong Gong, Por Por and YiYi at the Esplanade to catch another display. Daddy didnt want to be squashed with the throngs of people so he chose to work late that day.

We headed to Glutton's Bay where we managed, by sheer luck, to get a table within 5mins. Mummy was the most relieved cos she was carrying me and i was weighing more and more like a sack of bricks as time went by. Not to mention that it was sweltering...

Here's all of us tucking into yummy food - even me!

Smile everyone! Oops...one side of my ponytail's undone!

The show has started! And here I am, busy counting my fingers...

...and now im admiring the "manicure" mummy gave me this morning...

Ahhh...finally something different...ive seen the rest on sat!!

Daddy came to pick us up after the fireworks...bad move! In the end we had to squeeze through like a gazillion people to get to Fullerton to meet him and then we were stuck in a massive jam! It took like half an hour to travel from Fullerton to City Hall, imagine that!

I know Mummy was in a foul mood, especially while navigating through the mass of sweaty bodies, carrying a "sack of rice" aka me...she even ticked off a guy who was so inconsiderate as to smoke among the crowd!

Never again will we do this...it was a much more comfortable show when we watched it at the Marina South field! Take heed everyone!!

Feeding the "animals"

Mummy and Daddy "adopted" these two playmates of mine way before i was born. I love them to bits! I especially love feeding them, dont you think they are way too skinny? Furthermore, their wide open, gaping mouths are practically begging me to put something inside!

Actually all my play acting games involve eating, another by product of my yeow kui genes...

Okie guys...its time for your meal! Ive got lotsa yummy stuff for u today!

Aummmmm...open wide!!

oops sorry...i got some food on your nose, elmo!

Im out of food Mummy, can i have more to feed them?

Im so enamoured with my pals that the first thing i do in the morning is feed them breakfast, even when im still clad in my pajamas!

Did u guys miss me?

Ugh Terelle, i think something's wrong with the food! I feel sick...*faint*

U dont want any? Then i shall just feed Elmo...heehee...
